Rich soil, warm Lodi sun and cool San Francisco Bay breezes, in combination with natural viticultural practices enable us to produce these fine wines.
Our great, great grandfather recognized the potential of this region when he homesteaded 160 acres on the western edge of Lodi, California in the 1860’s.
Today, the 6th generation of wine grape growers carries on the tradition of nurturing the old vines as well as promoting new varietals.

Whole clusters pressed and fermented in stainless steel promote the natural fruits of the Chardonnay varietal. Dominant notes of tropical fruits, green apple, and vanilla.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
The fruit comes from the Phillips family's own vineyard located at the winery. Aged in French Oak barrels, this Cab gives aromas of fresh cranberry, clove, and luscious licorice. Dried cherries and Allspice mingle with soft tannins on the palate.
