With so many sins committed, Michael and David’s consciences were starting to wear thin. There must be a way to repent all of our sins!? With redemption in mind, the two brothers thought long and hard for a way to clean the slate for their forsaken past.  At first thought, confession seemed just.  On second thought, a Chardonnay seemed to be the fix- a Heavenly Chardonnay at that. Seven Heavenly Chardonnay serves as a sister bottling to the Seven Deadly Zins. Needless to say, Mike and Dave have been redeemed!

Simply Angelic:
Mango, pineapple and vanilla dominate the nose. Creamy and balanced with nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is a light lime and a touch of butter. The oak treatment on this wine is apparent, but no obtrusive or over the top.    

Delicacies:
Float on a feather with a chilled glass of our Chardonnay along with baked apple brie cheese, a tender Chicken Piccata, or even a grilled shrimp Caesar salad.
